I have been trying to get copies of my medical records for years, I've had other offices request them, I've went in person numerous times and they always refuse. Receptionist is extremely rude. When I used to go weekly the waiting time would be for hours and nobody would ask if it was okay students came in and observed you. I was not believed about what I was going through since I was young. He had a waiting room crammed with poor people some of whom said they had been waiting hours. I have excellent insurance so got in fairly quickly. His office looks like Downton Abby. I never saw him alone he always had a couple of young students. I thought he was fairly pompous..
I have great respect for Dr. Martelli.
The receptionist is rude and would not help me with prescriptions while Dr. Martelli is out. She insinuate I was a lied by telling me I had not been in the office since January. I had been there in April and had the proof. I am now out of medication. Hopefully she will be in desperate need of help one day and no one will help her. Dr. Martelli is a wonderful doctor whom I've been seeing for over 15 years. It's a shame this receptionist is giving his office bad reputation in his absence.
They billed me for no show and sent me to collections after I called ahead and cancelled two appointments that were 2 weeks ahead bc I decided not to use them anymore. They cancelled one and didn't cancel the other one. I let them know of both appointments and said I wouldn't be returning. I've disputed but they refuse to remove charges.
