Mike and Julie, I just wanted to drop you folks a note about the excellent service we received this morning. First, the prompt response was very much appreciated and the service call being scheduled as quick as was also appreciated. Second, I must compliment Joey. He was so professional, so honest with the proposed solution and he was a pleasure to have representing your company. Again thank you.
Elderly senior couple happy with the people hired by Eisenhauer Plumbing to replace our shower, especially the guy who did the tileing job. Although, not happy with Mike, the Plumber. We placed a call to him after the work was completed to help us adjust the temperature and water pressure. His disposition was not the same as the very nice young man who sold us the job. Woke up to water heater spraying water all over our basement. Mike came out right away! We had hot water back within 4 hours!! Also came back to install new sumpump!!
We’ve been using Mike for many years for various plumbing projects around the house (including some emergencies). He’s always prompt and fits us into the schedule. Highly recommend!
