The stylist did not follow instruction and the charge was not confirmed upfront. People not friendly. Worst experience ever.
Unfriendly environment
It was so bad, it’s hilarious I’m losing so much hair, in clumps. They charged me for things I didn’t ask for nor did they do what I asked correctly. I know someone that knows the owner and that person reached out to me personally on Instagram to apologize on the salon’s behalf. Terrible customer service and they have no idea what they’re doing. No parking either. This place is a total scam. Save your time and go elsewhere.
