Great architecture and beautiful landscaping
First time purchasing a home and enjoyed the whole process from picking out the interior finishes to watching the different phases of our home be built. Lydia was amazing to work with and made the home buying process stress free and fun. We are in love with our new home and the community.
Lydia and her team at Woodward Ponds were great to work with throughout the process. They were very thorough with all communication to both myself and my client. It was a great experience.
My son is starting to look at different builders to buy a townhouse. His research led him to look at MI Homes Cottage Grove first. We toured one of the townhome styles but once the MI representative found out that he wasn’t buying immediately she said it’s a waste of time to look at the other styles of townhomes they had.
