Great Model Home come by and visit
It is inconsiderate, against the law to park at a stop sign, not safe, and makes life hard for handicap and able individuals trying to get around the neighborhood safely. This is a walking neighborhood and full of children. I have asked the white truck and black car to park back from the stop sign so we could walk safely when crossing the street and they say “sure” rudely. Then the next day parked at the stop sign. I wish I could give this company no stars! Avoid renting from this company! They’re scammers. They charge late fees after you try to go the office and pay rent and they’re never in the office! Scorpions are everywhere and people are moving out because of that issue! RUN THE OTHER WAY! Edit: We moved out at the beginning of the month and they’re still attempting to make us pay rent for a full month on top of other unnecessary fees: thousands of dollars. My fiance and sister had a very frustrating experience renting at Winding Brook. From the beginning, communication and service were major issues. When attempting to pay rent, we were told our cashiers checks wouldn’t be accepted and that we needed money orders instead—simply because staff didn’t want to make the trip to deposit them.
