I strongly do not recommend buying or moving into these homes. The construction is poor, with ongoing plumbing issues, uneven walls, and unpleasant odors throughout parts of the house. Dealing with the HOA has also been a headache, they hardly ever respond or provide any help. Overall, this has been a bad experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The pool gate has been broken for weeks, and they keep leaving the main gate open. The area behind the pool is always dirty. On top of that, they’re towing cars even if they have valid parking permits. Management is really disappointing.
The whole team was great Ana is amazing her knowledge on all aspects is superb.
I recommend M/I I homes very highly. Their quality is outstanding . I have friends and family that have bought and are very happy. the sales consultant. Ana Rodriguez is very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and explains everything Very Well From the builder, Story to the quality of the homes to all there floor plans lands the community and the location. She is amazing.
