They need a better pool service company. Pool doesn't have trash can! And its always dirty. It gets clean probably once a week. And also having an unnecessary parking lot instead of playground or something else for kids would be much better. Almost every home has kids and they all play on the street and it makes very dangerous scene when you have crazy drivers around.

A total disaster. I don’t know where to start with MI Homes. Several delays on construction caused me a major cost on moving and temporary housing. Today, just one year after I moved, the AC is already broken and they already claimed that warranty is expired so all repairs are not covered. I honestly can’t believe the mistake I made buying our home with them.

MI Homes boasts truly beautiful model homes that captivate with their design and features. However, my overall experience with the building process has been marred by an unexpectedly sluggish pace. Initiating the process in August 2023, my client and I were promised delivery by November or possibly October 2023. However, the scheduled delivery date shifted to 2024 after we entered into a contract.
