Had a frustrating experience with warranty manager. Several repair issues (door insulation, electrical socket, drywall) were not properly completed even after I reported them with photos and marked areas. Communication has been poor, and my follow-ups have been ignored. I was also told I may be charged for another visit, even though the work wasn’t done correctly the first time. Very disappointing.
