An in progress development with very nice townhouses. Located right next to highways 81 and 610. Also close to the Elm Creek walking paths
A few months in at the Cove and so far we enjoy living here. As far as location you really cannot beat it, we take full advantage of living near the reserve and all Maple Grove has to offer. As far as the home build ..it is a quality build, we do have warranty items and they have been acknowledged with some addressed already. Mitch in sales and Mitch in construction are both very attentive and helpful.
