***UPDATE*** I wanted to provide an update to my previous review regarding my experience with MI Homes at Cobblestone. Initially, I was disappointed that the builder was unwilling to refund my deposit after I unexpectedly got laid off and could no longer proceed with the build. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with M/I Homes. Unfortunately I have been laid off, something completely out of my control. My agent immediately reached out to the builder to explain my situation and request a refund of the deposit, but we’ve been met with not much of a response, stalling, and a complete lack of empathy for over a month since notified.
