The worst Customer Service ever they never answer their phone and say their name and never call you back and they are so arrogant the day we moved into our house the roof leaked and we still having problems with our house for many years after , I hired a private inspector While in the process of the building and they got pissed off and I told them you need to fix things before the closing day they promised they will, but of course they never did and they never keep their promise
Horrible with responding to issues that need to be fixed. They don't return calls, nor do they reply to your claims submitted online via their website.
Do not buy from this builder as they do not take any accountability and they do not care about their clients. Here is my story, I am a single parent and November 2021 I bought a new home from M/I homes builder and HVAC unit was installed in September 2021 by Simpsons. On 8-14-2024, the AC stopped cooling. I reached to my local AC and they told me that evap coil has leakage most likely due to poor workmanship during installation.
