I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with M/I Homes. Unfortunately I have been laid off, something completely out of my control. My agent immediately reached out to the builder to explain my situation and request a refund of the deposit, but we’ve been met with not much of a response, stalling, and a complete lack of empathy for over a month since notified. The worst Customer Service ever they never answer their phone and say their name and never call you back and they are so arrogant the day we moved into our house the roof leaked and we still having problems with our house for many years after , I hired a private inspector While in the process of the building and they got pissed off and I told them you need to fix things before the closing day they promised they will, but of course they never did and they never keep their promise
