Wonderful experience from start to finish with M/I. We looked at a couple different communities and M/I seems to care about the quality of their homes more than others we have seen. (By far!) We got a full inspection from a 3rd party done on our home, and absolutely everything on there (which was all very minor) was no problem what so ever for the builder, James to get taken care of. Went twice and couldn't get anyone to talk to me. I guess an appointment is required.
Mariel Militello (sales) and Fernando Coronado (construction manager) represent M/I Homes extremely well! They helped my Buyer contract, build, and close on their dream home. Both Mariel and Fernando were always available, super pleasant, and competent in all their tasks. @M/I Homes - you have yourselves a great team out in Summerview (Fulshear). Thanks again, guys!
Nice Park and Splash Pad Area. But no restroom or drinking fountains. The homes they are building look very nice. Nice fountain area as you enter the subdivision. Nice area to take a walk.
