Seems like an awesome community. It's interesting that it's right off of 35 though, so I'm sure there's lots of noises. The community seems like it's smaller to medium homes, lots of medium homes and ranches that we saw. There is no pocket park that we saw. The color patterns on some of the homes are interesting choices, but hey their custom and they're within the specs of MI homes. Curious how they get all those hills and elevation on homes without huge water or foundation issues.
Jen and George are super nice and friendly
It's been a bit of a frustrating process so far. For starters, the prices listed for their house plans online aren't what they actually are. They nickle and dime you for everything, literally every, little, thing. The houses are gorgeous and spacious and built to a much better standard than say DR Horton or Ryan. But it is a little disheartening to spend the kind of money we're spending and being short-changed things like garage door openers and frosted windows on the bathroom windows, no fans, just a bit ridiculous.
