The maintenance service for our pond is very poor; the homeowners association (HOA) is not effectively managing the contractors responsible for keeping the area clean. After we expressed our dissatisfaction regarding the pond's condition, the HOA replied that the maintenance company had done everything possible to keep it clean, yet it remains in the same state. Nice neighborhood but drastically poor & not responding HOA services
Seems like an awesome community. It's interesting that it's right off of 35 though, so I'm sure there's lots of noises. The community seems like it's smaller to medium homes, lots of medium homes and ranches that we saw. There is no pocket park that we saw. The color patterns on some of the homes are interesting choices, but hey their custom and they're within the specs of MI homes. Curious how they get all those hills and elevation on homes without huge water or foundation issues.
