I have been living in this subdivision for over a year now. It has its pros and cons, and for me the cons outweigh the pros. First of all, I already lost several mail pieces and delivered items because the houses numbers are duplicated on the next street and this is not Mail girl or delivery guys fault, only yours. The Secrest Landing street houses have a weird neighborhood in the backyards. My husband and I made the best decision when we decided to purchase here. The process- from introduction/tour, closing and post-move was smooth. Deborah is very attentive and professional along with her colleagues. There weren’t any rocks left unturned related to information that was provided prior to moving day. Nick is punctual and delivers results when it comes to questions we have with construction. We’re thankful for this experience and recommend to anyone looking for a quality living experience.

My townhouse was built 1 year ago, and now I can say with confidence that I don't understand why we pay almost $200 PER MONTH for HOA here: - my neighbor's and my backyard still has a fence made of wire and black plastic - that is dangerous for kids and pets - there are still cables lying on the ground everywhere, and the boxes for the wires are open or broken - that prevents from mowing lawn safely - the hammocks on the playground are already torn, some lighting already doesn't work - and of course you can easily find const... read more
