I have been living in this subdivision for over a year now. It has its pros and cons, and for me the cons outweigh the pros. First of all, I already lost several mail pieces and delivered items because the houses numbers are duplicated on the next street and this is not Mail girl or delivery guys fault, only yours. The Secrest Landing street houses have a weird neighborhood in the backyards.
