I moved to Rush Creek Reserve 9 months ago, and I have had nothing but good experiences. The community has such beautiful scenery, it has been fun discovering all the trails! Manny has been nothing but helpful throughout the process. He and I are on a first name basis and he always waves when I see him out and about. I love living here!
Poor Customer Service/Overpriced/Poor Quality! Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution as it is NOT luxury Villa Home Living and a nightmare sense move in. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues through proper channels, I have been left with significant financial burden, unresolved property defects, and lack of accountability from both the builder and HOA.
