We were sold the wrong lot as it was marked wrong by the builders team. They never even apologized and only offered to switch our lot at no charge. When we said we wanted to back out they threatened to keep our money even though they misrepresented the product they sold us.

I will preface this review with the fact that our home here in Orchard Park was the first “new build” experience for us, so in many respects we didn’t know what to expect. I have to say, however, that the process was communicated and orchestrated in a timely fashion from beginning to end. We were very nervous going into our first new custom home but we had a great experience from start to finish. Mike was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us into anything we weren’t comfortable with and respected our budget. Sylvia in the Design Center was very helpful as well. Thomas has been great and always makes himself available if we have questions. The finance department went above and beyond for us when we had closing delays. I spent a lot of time researching different builders and developments in the area and M/I Homes and Orchard Park checked all the right boxes for my wife and I. The building plans available for the Villa homes are well thought out and have plenty of options available to customize the houses to fit almost anyones needs.
