I have built 6 homes over the years and I have to say, building with MI Homes in Lino Lakes was the best experience I have ever had. I was constantly informed during the entire process where they were with text and pictures. Any questions I had with Derek, the sales representative or Jason, the construction manger was immediately addressed. I will say that my wife and I will miss dealing with them as the house is completed. We can’t say enough about their professional attention to details! Thank you! John & Shelley
My advice to all home buyers, never write a review until your house is done and everything is perfect, then write a review. In my case, I rushed to write an excellent review, but it backfired on me.
Nature’s Refuge is anything but. This area was previously wooded. There was zero effort to made to retain any of the woodland in this development. The entire parcel looks to be bulldozed. Why?
