Proximity to 143rd street is just a deal breaker. The road is super busy and you can hear cars all the times. Master bedrooms facing 143rd. Good luck trying to sleep. Quality on Model and on what is available - huge difference. Pricewise - stated from 320's, yet prices from 359k (discounted). They are trying to sell the townhouses facing 143rd street, but I doubt anyone would buy them for the price/quality. I'm not sure if anyone would even take those for 320 (initially advertised).
