I have purchased many homes in my life. I have never had an experience like I have had with M/I homes. They customer service is exceptional and they are prompt to respond to any issues or concerns (have not been many), nevertheless it’s been an amazing experience. Regina in the service department is amazing and responds promptly, sometimes outside of what I would consider normal business hours. Recently purchased a home here for our family. We had the best experience and Lauren and Cody went above and beyond to ensure that. We fell in love with the homes after touring them. And throughout the whole process Lauren and Cody were there to answer all our questions. Our home is perfect and we love this community!
