M/I home owner - review after 1+ years. Several build quality issues post closing, some were resolved during the warranty period but most of them remained especially related to flooring (repaired 4 times in 1st year). Now sidings are falling off in several homes in our community. M/I is not interested in investigating, other than usual comment about its outside warranty. They are not ready to even investigate why issue started on several homes. Worst customer service.
