Vina at MI was an absolute pleasure to work with. What I valued most about partnering with Vina is how she prepares you for what to expect in the build process. She made what seems like a stressful time of building a home a total breeze. You won’t regret going with MI and getting the chance to work with Vina and Lee (Lee overseas the build process if you decide to build) if given the opportunity.
Experienced harsh behavior from sales persons. Rather than explaining things to customers, they have indicated everything is on the website and the paper and I can take a look. First builder to tell me that I’m only allowed to talk to them in the presence of realtor if I’m working with realtor. I don’t think this kind of environment makes customer happy to further communicate.
Arguably the best builder in the nation. Great design and style. Honest and dependable.
My wife and I had a chance to view the new M/I Homes at Light Farms and we were very impressed with the quality of the of the homes. The salesperson, Vina McKay, was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. She answered all of our questions to our complete satisfaction. We have included this community as one of our options and we look forward to working with Ms. McKay if we go forward with M/I Homes.
