I purchased a new home from M/I homes in Houston about 3 years ago and have had air conditioning issues from day one. The a/c system has been repaired 15 times under warranty. We are out of warranty and 2 separate companies have come to check my system and needs at minimum $2500 in repairs. The system has not worked properly for so long now that one of the plentums is full of mold and needs to be replaced causing a health hazard for my family.
