Mark and Patrick from MI Homes Northbrook never respond and the MI Homes website has been down forever. Within 1 year of buying the home drawer handles have come apart, plugs aren’t all working, they didn’t tell us when buying but they didn’t even include sprinklers for landscaping. Even the AC had issues within the first year. Terrible customer service and product quality.
