We loved the project—beautiful homes and a well-thought-out community. John was incredibly polite, helpful, and patient throughout the whole visit. He made everything so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We decided to purchase a home and he has been so helpful with the process. The purchase of our Emerson Pointe townhome was a great experience! Nezly our new home consultant has been a pleasure to work with and has helped us before, during and after our closing on anything that has come up. Jon our construction manager has also been terrific when it comes to assisting us with any issues or questions we have on our home. Patrick our warranty rep made the process easy and has followed up should we have any issues. Overall a great team to work with when considering your next home.
