We just wanted to see the homes, we already purchased our home last year and Alex was friendly and knowledgeable even though he knew we were not looking to buy.
After sales is terrible. Because bad service quality, I had a water leak in the tube come out home and this destroyed my garden. This occurred at Saturday night shift and the 24/7 Emergency was to attend us but not! Water leak during 10h in front my house and almost 1 month nobody from M/I came to fix the problem.
