It was a fantastic experience working with Shannon and the M/I team. We love our new home!
From the beginning we’ve had issues with the grading of our back yard. We have several areas along the sides and back of the house where the ground settled. The sod separated and is dumping water directly towards the house every time it rains. We were told over two months ago that they were going to get someone out here to start working on it.
