Construction coordinator/project manager maintains his site very well. I did not purchase a home with Creekside but did tour their pre-drywall home. Subfloor inside house was perfect and clean, construction debris were cleaned up and not buried, no gaps in framing, house wrap was done in accordance to manufacturer's instructions (yes, very rare). Better than Pulte & Lombardo.

Our experience with MI Homes, specifically Creekside Park has been a really great experience. From meeting Jamie our sales rep, to the loan officers, to the Title company, and to the post close of home process…everyone has been kind, more than responsive…and has made us feel right at home. We appreciate the positive experience, one that calmed our nerves, and made it all worth while. ❤️
