M/I Homes is phenomenal, start to finish, head to toe, we could not have been more pleased with our experience. Our New Homes Consultant, Lauren, was incredible. Patient, informative, helpful, and most importantly, friendly! Our PM, Justin, was likewise accommodating, professional, and attentive. Drove through on Saturday it was beautiful
We put in an offer on a house in Cedar Brook M/I homes. After a few days, they increased the home price by $50K and said there was some mistake that showed incorrect list price. Did this happen to anyone else?
