Billy is just the best! he is so imformative and the M/I product is beautiful!
This type of community is so rare for new construction in Florida. The lots are 70' x 140', so the yard size is incredible. Low HOA fees, gated, private, beautiful fountains in the ponds. If you are looking to build your dream home, Billy at M/I Homes is the guy to talk to! He is great. The Calusa model is stunning, and Susan in the Design Center is so kind, bubbly, & knowledgeable! Cassata Lakes is 100% worth considering.
