Sherri in the office was rude and not very helpful at all. She didn't even seem to be interested in selling any houses with her short, snippy answers. Every question we had was just directed back to the website. I had already looked at the website before visiting the sales office. That was a big waste of time. Won't be doing any business with this builder. Don't waste your time going into the office. 👎
Warning: Avoid MI Homes at All Costs I strongly advise against buying a home from MI Homes. Despite their friendly demeanor, their incompetence and lack of responsibility are infuriating. Major Issues: 1. Elevation Disaster: MI Homes botched the elevation on our lot, leaving us with standing water for months. Despite being in constant contact for 4 months, they haven’t resolved the issue, and my daughter’s 2nd birthday is just around the corner.
