They try to get out of legitimate warranty issues and their "upgrade costs" are a rip off. For example to go from hollow doors to solid core was an extra cost of almost 300$ per door. The real difference from hollow to solid doors is 30 to 50$ Don't let their response fool you. Call a carpenter and ask how much they charge extra to install solid doors versus hollow doors.
