Mary was my housing consultant and was nothing short of amazing. This was my first home buying experience, ever, where I filled out one application and then the next time I signed paperwork was at closing. Usually, I'd have to send the same documents over and over again. Not with M/I. The finance team worked with me, got my VA loan approved it in a timely manner. The corporate office was helpful the entire time. Not to mention, the house is wonderful! I highly recommend Bear Run and M/I.
