I will start by saying Mary was amazing to work with. Very attentive, provided guidance and assistance when needed; even after the closing. My home is beautiful and is exactly what I wanted. Very solid and keeps the noise out and things are quiet. These reviews are to be tools to help those looking to utilize a service so I must be honest. My biggest complaint in the yard. Outstanding is the first word that comes to mind. It was such a pleasure to work with Mary, and Scott to build my new home. They both do their job so very well, and are extremely knowledgeable of every aspect. They have went above and beyond to make sure that my house is just what I want it to be!
Had the opportunity to work with Mary in Shelbyville, Indiana and she took great care of my clients from start to finish. Communication was solid, expectations were clear, and she built a lot of trust with me throughout the process. Always appreciate working with professionals who truly put people first.
Bear Run subdivision is top notch and my new construction home is awesome! Nothing but love for this place, and a shout out to Mary Ulibarri and Scott Reitz for the excellent service and ongoing communication. I looked at other builders before purchasing this home, and there's no comparing them to the quality of M/I Homes. I highly recommend this builder. Get your house in Bear Run before they are gone!
