We started a remodeling project, and the experience was deeply disappointing. After pulling up the carpet, we found it filled with sheetrock dust, requiring us to scrape the floors. The installation quality was extremely poor across the board. Most concerning was the large amount of garbage left behind our fireplace—it’s unacceptable to leave piles of trash in a brand-new home.
