Today I visited Annsborough park. Person there was very rude and they said the can’t show home without a realtor presence. I never experienced any new builder doing this. I visited all new builders in Charlotte and they are so warm welcome. My first impression is gone. I won’t go with MI irrespective of the product . They lost a prospective buyer before they stepped into their office
