Nice houses, roomy houses and decent prices but the lots are small and the homes are very close together! Unusually close! If you'd like a little space between your neighbors and a decent sized yard this isn't the neighborhood for you.
Derek was a super friendly and knowledgeable man with extensive experience in the industry. We had another appointment to get to but could have talked to him much longer. Helpful and honest.
