I would describe our experience as just ok. Feel free to contact me for indebt review. They do build great "looking" homes on the outside but detail work isn't there. They didn't complete their punch list. "Most people like it this way" is not a phrase you like to hear from your "custom" builder, especially when your opinion isn't consulted or ignored!
We just completed a custom home build with m-house. The process from start to finish was extremely positive. Scott and Elizabeth truly have created something special here which is a testament to what m-house consistently brings to the table. To have a builder do what they say and completes on time with minimal to no surprises (incl. change orders) is unheard of but that is what our experience has been over 18 months. Update: it's still a rave of constant loud music, yelling, and banging. Construction is one thing, but the loud music and constant yelling is ridiculous. M House Development has NO RESPECT for the other people living in the areas they build in. I can't even attest to them as physical builders, but the absolute disregard for the neighborhoods they are invading tells me enough for what kind of company they are. My husband and I had such a great experience with Scott, Elizabeth and their team! The quality of our home truly is superior and have run into zero issues over the last two years. Their goal is to absolutely keep your house on budget which I was really impressed by. Elizabeth’s guidance during the selection process also made my life much much easier. If we have the opportunity to build again, we will definitely be reaching out to this amazing team!
