Went in because my partner hurt their side due to an overextension. Got in around 7-ish and my partner was seen fairly quickly; an X-ray was requested by us to make sure their hip wasn't misaligned and that was delivered pretty quick. Everything turned out okay. My low rating mostly comes from how the staff treat their patients when they aren't around. I had a really amazing experience here. I used the online tool to reserve a time slot. The appointment was on time. Once I was taken back, the nurse took my information and the doctor came in fairly quickly. Dr. Sandra was so attentive, patient, and took a lot of time to explain everything, go over options and procedures. She even got a second opinion from another doctor on how to treat my injury. Despite closing at 8, after driving all the way here, I was denied service and told they accepted their last patient for the day at 7:40 PM.
Since it appears my google review was removed, I am going to write it again. I will continue coming to this clinic only because I adore Dr. Emily Newman and her bedside manner is incredible. However, that is where the good stops. On December 26th, 2025, I had an e-visit with Shannon Larson. She advised based on my symptoms that she believes I had a UTI but that I should go in and have a lab which I planned to do, however, she had already sent a prescription to my pharmacy without even confirming that is what I had.
