The scheduling is odd, they won’t see you more than once per week, and you get a different physical therapist every week. My issue was misdiagnosed as a muscle injury when it was actually an inflamed joint. The exercises they gave me made the joint pain worse. Instead of reassessing when the treatment wasn’t working, I was given more strengthening exercises (which continued to make the joint and pain worse). Consider going to a different place unless you’ve got a very straight forward sports injury.
