2 weeks ago it took them 8 days to fill prescription. Pharmacy and nurse never completed the reorder so nothing happened. Today, we had a walkin scheduled at 11:30 and they said its tomorrow. That's incorrect, we verified with the scheduler before we came in. Seems like Fairview can't put one foot in front of the other.
Was told I can't pay cash for a bill which is completely fraudulent practice for any hospital or any business

Took my elderly dad to the ER because he had worsening covid symptoms and it wasnt getting better after over a week. Elderly and covid is more obviously more dangerous. We saw Dr Jake tarnowski. Worst Dr i have ever met. He acted like we were ridiculous for coming in!!!!! He talked down to us and was so arrogant! Horrible bedside manner. Zero empathy or concern.
