Took my one year old here for a walk in pedis visit because he was sick and even after insurance received a $434 bill. They charged a total of $823 for the entire visit. For a few nose swabs and for a few minutes being seen by the physician!!! I know from working in an external clinic for MidMich that those tests do NOT cost that much to run. Ridiculous. I am currently sitting in the waiting room and the lady at the front desk she has a yellow shirt and short hair. She is very rude and was on her phone texting while I was standing there no acknowledgment for a while and the overall experience was disappointing. She should not be the face of a clinic where that’s the very first interaction, she’s rude and unprofessional. 2nd, she should not work in healthcare acting like that.
Dr. Vanessa Kapadia-Seng in Fairview’s Primary Care is AMAZING. She does so much for both me and my partner to try to help our increasing chronic muscle and nerve pain and actually listens to our concerns and explains things to us and wants us to get tests done and try new meds, PT, and referrals. Past primary I had refused to order imaging or let me try entire medication classes, even though I have 0 history of substance issues. Just shrugged her shoulders basically and messaged me in MyChart to exercise more and eat more v... read more
