The receptionist with all the piercings in her face is extremely rude and unprofessional! We walked in and already she made a face of inconvenience and sigh! I came in after 5 days of severe throat pain and additional symptoms not improving. I reported my negative at home test results. The doctor tested me for 2 additional illnesses. Both results were negative. There was no follow up provided on next steps or recommendations in the notes other than “if your symptoms worsen or don’t improve…” It feels like the max capability is to test for 4 things and throw their hands up. They used to be so good. I've been a patient for decades but now it's time to leave. Issue after issue. Nobody cares anymore. Had to wait 5 days after a CT scan (which they said I'd have results in 24 hrs) to get my doctor to explain the results. Please note, she explained my results only after I emailed and asked. 5 of the longest days of my life and she could have emailed me the next day.
