Failed to complete the appraisal in due time. He needed a follow-up question answered, but instead of asking us, our realtor, or the seller's realtor (any of whom could have answered within minutes), he stopped working on our appraisal for TWO WEEKS, until WE started asking what the hold up was. Due to this our closing was pushed back by 2 weeks. Absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable. Would have given 0/5 stars if it were possible.
