I bought a 2018 Buick lacrosse back in December, and since then have had no issues. The one time I had an issue they was quick to have me come in and for them to take a look at it. The sale was smooth, I test drove the vehicle two separate times and on the second test drive walked out with key in hand within an hour. Overall 10/10 experience.
Edit: they did fix the issue that popped up on the scanner. I still had to put over $1000 into it and I am still back to the original problem. Gilling up gas it doesn't want to work. It now sounds like the whole evap purge valve and not just the part they replaced and that is going to be expensive. I still think they kept it low on gas to keep it from showing symptoms after all of this. It just died and lost power stearing and full brakes while I was trying to turn. Almost hit another vehicle. Edit: I was wrong about the problem. I went back and they fixed it. We arent sure if its exactly the problem, but they did it for free and were awesome doing it. Go back if you have issues. They're great guys. Got a Ford Edge from them and it ran fine when I test drove it. The engine light was on and I asked why and the guy said it was the O2 sensor, but it could just be a speck of dust on it. Since it ran fine, I wasn't worried. I got it with 1/4 of a tank of gas in it. When I filled it up, it didn't start on the first try.... read more
