Not professional at all. Got ghosted for no reason. I understand if you are busy and cannot take on or don’t want to take on more work but at least have the decency to let someone know.
Originally was good working with company last year. Helped us update our filtration system for our in ground pool. Then came and closed the pool at the end of the season. However when contacted for this season we called, were told to email exactly what we needed and they would send us an estimate like before. 2 weeks went by and nothing. So I emailed again, asking for a reply or at least a phone call. After having different companies open and close our pools, and then having M & G pools, I would never have anyone else! They are extremely professional, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. They definitely go out of their way to help their customers.
Excellent staff. Responsive owner. Tremendous service. Doesn't get better.
