The absolute worst customer experience ever! I had a pool cover installed 12 years ago. I called and asked about the warranty. I was told the pool cover was “doing its job” and was yelled at me at entire conversation . Sorry that I have to tell my 72 year old father the resolution. I have been in customer service for over 20+ years. Sorry tried again 🤷♀️ three strikes your our out

This is the type of attitude this business is giving to someone who is trying to do business with him. As a business owner myself I can never reply to a possible customer this way. A simple yes or not would have been enough.
