Submitted two Montblanc pens for repair months ago. They lost one of them and have still not replaced it. They won't send the other one back until the lost one is replaced. They are unresponsive to emails and phone calls without calling them back multiple times and emailing them multiple times. I am having to file complaints with the BBB and Montblanc HQ.

Stay far, far away from this company, I sent in my Mont Blanc pen to be repaired. This was at the end of August 2023. I checked the tracking number every day, It arrived and was signed for by Ray. I emailed to check on the repair, and they told me they have yet to get it. I have been in correspondence with them every week or so. They claim it was on a pallet and RAY signed for the pallet. It's not my fountain pen. I am beyond distraught. My late uncle gave me this pen when I was 16 years old. It is all I have from him. I am ... read more

Quality of work has declined. Ring repair took nearly 4 months. When I received it back it had a cracked diamond, and black areas on the white gold setting that weren't there before
