Yard waste in separate containers do not get picked up, only the brown container. We have been told extra yard waste in separate containers will also be picked up. This is NOT true.

Worst customer service ever. The supervisor was even more rude then the employee. But hey what do u expect from a trash man?

Called on Presidents' Day for a bulky item pick-up. Maria was most helpful and I was glad to find out they were there answering their phone. Quality service.

Republic Services is always deliver great customer service from Republic Services last week I asked my trash driver Lupe to take 2 chairs into his truck and dump it from my black cart the trash last week he said no problem Drew great customer service from Republic Services took it under 5 minutes I am glad that my city of La Habra Heights California choose Republic Services they are great customer service always sometime I call them for questions about what put in my carts always helpful customer service agents and friendly
