Our experience with m&g was nothing short or horrible, they had our vehicle for two weeks and completed the body work, turned the truck over to us as "done". They failed to notice the 5k worth of mechanical work that needed to be done including a new front axel. They took another week to complete the mechanical work and again returned the truck to us as "done". Wow I guess I was the lucky one when I was rear ended, not only did I get a nice new bumper without shopping cart scratches and dings, but my car was washed and cleaned as well. M &G Collision made the whole experience from dealing with the insurance to arranging a rental happen like magic. Thanks Ronald A Doerr and coworkers, I will definitely recommend you to all my patients that come in for X-rays due to an accident! Great work and excellent customer service!
