I called to find out what type of window the company had installed in my house. I was given a vendor, however it was a guess on their part. Trying to get a hold of anyone was a PITA, and when I finally got someone on the line I was shuffled to a guy who helped me, but could not tell me with certainty that the window vendor he was suggesting was the right one.
