This office is a joke. They have rescheduled me more than once. They lost my 1st visit all together. They finally found it and called me back and rescheduled yet again for the next apt, which was in August. This was all done in April. So the next available apt was 4 months away. I get a call today. 4 days before my scheduled apt saying the office will be closed and the next apt wont be until Nov! I took the day off of work for this!! I told them they need to squeeze me in. Impossible to reach and difficult to work with. Edit: they never reached out to me despite their comment.
Wonderful Doctor. Although I called for an appointment on Monday, I didn't get a call back. I called back on Wednesday. No return call. I drove up on Friday. I handed my referral to her. She handed it back to me. Said the lady that schedules that appointment was on rotation. When I did get a call back. I still didn't get an appointment. Disappointed.
