EXCELLENT staff. Dr Braly did great cosmetic procedures on my eyes and neck. Would recommend. He even made a house call with his nurse the day after the procedure to check on me. I was fully informed of what to expect after the procedures and am happy with the outcome.
Great experience with Dr. Braly and his staff. Easy to schedule, felt like everyone genuinely cared about me- in person and with every call made!
Dr. Braly performed a septo-rhinoplasty on me. I started crying bc I was scared. " Look we're either going to do this or we're not I don't have time for this."-Dr. Braly (comforting right?) My face was bruised for weeks! I had some concerns with the look of my tip. He told me to give it a yr, for final look. The tip of my nose is not symmetrical it is disfigured. Dr. Braly won't see me to even look at it without paying $250 for a consultation! I wish I could add a picture. :-(
Have been here 3 times now to try and schedule a surgery I need to finish treatment in regards to my braces. The Girl at front desk is unhelpful and rude, have also left numerous messages for the scheduler (Katie, I believe) and never been called back. It's ridiculous that I should have to drive over an hour to have simple questions answered when a phone call from one of his nurses would have sufficed....I have now shown up, on time, for the third time, to be told that I will be waiting an indefinite amount of time,( 1hr as ... read more
So disappointed in this place. Had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted here. The actual procedure went well, but everything following the surgery was absolutely awful. I have been in complete agony since the day of, and I was not given nearly enough painkillers. It made me regret ever having this done in the first place. A week and a half after surgery I am still in pain, and there is no urgency involved with Dr. Braly to relieve my pain. I have been grossly under prescribed pain medications. Very nice and accommodating office. They made my son feel very comfortable when he got his wisdom teeth removed, as well as myself with some surgical issues on a tooth.
They took care of my son's wisdom teeth. Very kind and considerate of the distance we had to travel. Everything went smoothly, even called the next day to be sure all was well.
Dr. Braly was patient and explained my condition and the avenues available to correct it. Other than my initial visit, my wait time was less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Braly!
