Took 5 chainsaw chains in to be sharpened a week ago. Called him today to check on them. Mike said they were not done yet. Probably a nother week. I stopped by to pick them up later the same day only to find Mike setting on a stool by himself playing on his phone. No body in the store, no work being done, just Mike and me saying that the chains will be a nother week. Maybe it's just me, but 2 weeks to sharpen a couple of saw chains is a little bit ridiculous!

I've got an old Toro tractor with a snowblower attachment, and the snowblower attachment gearbox mount had cracked and the gearbox was at a sharp angle. I only realized it when the chain slipped, so I knew I was in trouble when the inside of the case looked glittery from all the metal shavings from the gears and chain. Mike and crew welded angle iron, not only at the top where it cracked, but at the bottom for added reinforcement so it wouldn't happen again or in a different spot. Mike sold a cable for my snow thrower. However, not all the pieces were in the bag. I had to but the extra piece elsewhere, since they closed for tthe day.
Excellent service from a knowledgeable guy! He knew exactly what parts we needed for our ancient leaf blower. Awesome!
